It's a versatile seat for telescope users! Instantly set sliding padded seat to desired height — anywhere from 8" to 34" above ground — without loosening or tightening any bolts. Even provides some back support. Seat is 14-1/2" x 9-3/4" with 2" of foam padding. Folds flat for storage and transport.

This is a well-built and comfortable observing chair and can vastly improve your observing comfort if you are using a refractor (or any scope) with radically different viewing levels. It's very easy to adjust and solid once adjusted. It's also easy to set up and collapse with one hand and a foot. My only complaint is that the base is slightly out of whack and tends to wobble a little without any weight on it. But this is very minor and is not bothersome when observing.
