Use these Orion Dovetail Mounting Plates to securely attach a telescope equipped with tube rings to an Orion altazimuth or equatorial mount. These rugged, black-anodized aluminum plates are available in two lengths: 8" and 13". If you are the happy owner of more than one telescope, we advice equipping each telescope optical tube assembly with tube rings and one of these Dovetail Mounting Plates so you can quickly and easily swap telescopes on your altazimuth or equatorial mount and tripod. Compatible with any Orion mount featuring a dovetail saddle; including AstroView EQ, SkyView Pro EQ, Sirius EQ-G, Atlas EQ-G, VersaGo, AZ-4, TeleTrack, and SkyView AZ mounts.
