  • Each 2" diagonal accepts both 2" and 1.25" eyepieces (with included adapter)
  • Two 2" diagonal models available: for refractor telescopes or Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes

Orion 2" telescope mirror star diagonals yield maximum performance at an affordable price. Each Mirror Star diagonal provides a 90° eyepiece orientation for comfortable night sky viewing. Mirror diagonals transmit more light to the telescope eyepiece than prism diagonals, leading to brighter, sharper images.  Available in both standard 2" barrel and Schmidt-Cassegrain thread models, each Orion Mirror Star Diagonal is internally blackened and made of anodized aluminum. Each 2? model includes a 2"-1.25" adapter for conveneient use with smaller 1.25" telescope eyepieces.
