It's the same night sky, all right. But with this jumbo Orion GiantView binocular, you'll see it like never before. Its large-aperture, fully multi-coated optics provide exceptional light gathering capability for stargazing. And if terrestrial observing is more your speed, you will appreciate this GiantView's long-distance range, wide field of view, and stunning resolution.

The GiantView 25x100 Large-Aperture is a wonderfully well made binocular. The BAK-4 prisms and internal baffling ensure sharp images and pleasing contrast. The barrels are cross-reinforced with an aluminum rod and objective cell cuffs for maximum structural rigidity and unflinching optical alignment. A sliding 1/4"-20 mounting post is held captive on the rod, for coupling the binocular to a tripod (recommended) and achieving optimum balance.

This big binocular provides a generous 4mm exit pupil and the serious magnifying power you need to resolve subtle details in your target object. The eyepieces focus individually, which affords a higher degree of focusing precision than center-focus mechanisms. And the long eye relief even lets eyeglass wearers see an unrestricted field of view.

When you do get your new Orion GiantView binocular, get ready for some late nights! Because you won't want to stop observing that seemingly new, more star-studded sky. Includes heavy-duty aluminum case.

I got my new 25x100 binoculars yesterday and got to try them out tonight. The moon looks a whole lot different now!! I knew I'd need a tripod but figured I could use my old monopod until I got around to getting one, but it was obvious from looking at the moon that it should bought sooner rather than later. I got on your site to get a link to the binoculars for a friend and noticed the Orion XHD Paragon-Plus Tripod on sale.... It's ordered now and I can't wait to get it. I know it's going to take the binoculars to a whole new level. Thanks!!

Excellent viewing. These binos will replace my scope on many occasions. Great clarity. The center of gravity balancing knob came off and it required careful use of pliers to retract the screw so that it could be glued to the knob. Minor nuisance, very good value binoculars. Use a very sturdy tripod.

In order to get the correct eyepiece separation for me, the binoculars need to be pushed together to their narrowest position. However, if the tripod attachment post is placed at the balance point, the post prevents getting the eyepieces close enough for me. Therefore I need to back the post away from the objective lenses until I can get the correct eyepiece separation. At this point the binoculars are quite "front heavy" and this makes operation of the tripod head less than ideal.

Being a newbie at astronomy it took me quite awhile to decide on a binocular. I went to several web sites, bought books and mags. But I settled on the 25x100 Orion. The best decision I could make. They are heavy but with a bino mount they are great. If you can afford these I strongly recommend them. I take them everywhere I go just in case I feel like looking.
