Orion Paragon HD-F2 Heavy Duty Tripod
Other Camera:
Nikon 1 V1 Processing: None Exposure: 2.5 sec @ ISO 800 f/5.6 Notes: This was my first comet sighting ever! It was my second attempt viewing the comet, as the first was unsuccessful the night before due to clouds. I spotted the comet easily in binoculars and was able to capture this picture of it, but it wasn't visible to the naked eye.
The Orion Paragon HD-F2 field tripod is strong enough to hold binoculars, a camera, spotting scope, or small telescope - anything up to 6 lbs. Recently upgraded with easy-to-use lever locks and graduated marks for quick and easy leveling.
