I have now used this 1.25" Orion Correct-Image Star Diagonal for both of my telescopes, and I am glad I bought it. It is easier for my children to use on my Orion cassegrain and reflector telescopes. They are 90mm and 150mm respectfully, and the 90mm is easier to use as a spotting scope for terrestrial viewing now that the image is not upside down! This images that I just finished looking at tonight were just as bright and vivid as without the diagonal. Nice product!

Works great to give you a correct image for terrestrial views. Also its pretty neat to be able to get a close up view of the stars and planets with a correct image rather and flipped around and upside-down. Cool to see it as your naked eyes would see it.
Favorite object to observe:??Planets and DSO
Pros: good quality
Yes, I recommend this product!

One of the few frustrating things about Astronomy is looking through a Refractor's standard diagonal and having to deal with the "mirror" image! It becomes a mind game to try and match what what you are observing with the standard star charts. Yes, on my laptop's star atlas programs I can flip the screen to a mirror image to match the refractor's star diagonal view but, in the field, star charts a far more portable and less "stuff" to carry. Orion's 1.25" Correct-Image Diagonal has for me solved a multiude of observing frustrations. How sweet it is to glance from diagonal to chart and back again and pinpoint what I am looking at in a flash! I should have purchased one years ago!
Favorite viewing location:??The State of Utah (Dark,Dark skies)
Favorite object to observe:??Name it!
Pros: elimates viewing mind games!
Cons: none
Yes, I recommend this product!
