Telescope: Orion SkyView Pro 8" Newtonian Reflector at F/4.9
Mount: SkyView Pro GoTo mount unguided with polar axis alignment scope
Camera: Nikon D5000 unmodified at prime focus
Processing: White balancing and noise reduction done in Camera Raw, Images stacked and final color balance done in Photoshop CS 5
Exposure: 4 x 30 seconds at ISO 800
Other Equipment Used: Wireless remote used to open and close shutter, no filters used for imaging, no auto guider used
Notes:

The imaging site had no light pollution as it was isolated in a valley of a mountain. The only light was a first quarter moon but that was nearly set at the time of imaging. Winds were gusting to 40MPH during exposures with a temperature of 30F and very low humidity. Wind was causing scope to bounce around and blur images.
