It yook me awhile to decide to order these as the reviews before mine were mixed in that they seemed not to work in some scopes and no clear listing of the ones that di work. I decided to order them and give it a go anyway figuring the worst was I wouldhave to return them. I am very happy I did order them. It would not focus with the included two 20mm eye pieces. After adding the short doubler (2x) then they would focus very well. However for me 20mm is more Magnification especially having to use the doubler. I switched to 25mm and will order 37mm soon. Jupiter looked fantastic and Orion Nebula was exceptional. Stars in the refactor were pinpoint sharp and clear. The field of depth and detail was the best views I have had. I may never go back to monocular again. Thanks Orion! Scopes used were SkyViewpro 120MM Refractor and XT12i Dob

I have a XT8 Dob and when I first tried it, I could not get it to focus, even with the included 2x barlow. I eventually got it to focus by adjusting the main mirror for a shorter light path.
The binocular is heavy duty and looks to be of great construction. The downside to this is that it's fairly heavy and requires holding the tube up with one hand if you're using a dob. The viewer is able to adjust the distance between the eyepieces, so it can accommodate all viewers. And each eyepiece has a focuser to adjust for each eye.
Definitely glad I got this and will be using it a lot.
Pros: now can use two eyes to observe!
Cons: can be a bit tricky with dobs
Yes, I recommend this product!

Bought this a few months ago now. But tried for the first time a few nights ago. The test target was the Moon. Used on my 10 inch SkyWatcher reflector. Would not focus right off. Still out of focus all the way in on the rack and pinion. But then installed the included barlow and the result was WOW!!. Excellent focus range, excellent clarity, fine tune focus on each eyepiece was great without my glasses. Looking with both eyes was a true new experience. Excellent!

I have not seen many visual observers using binos at star parties and gatherings. I always get rave reviews from novices and experienced alike, when they look through the Orion binos on my 8" SCT and gaze at the Orion Nebula or Saturn, or Jupiter, or the Moon! Nothing beats using both eyes to view the heavens. It automatically gives an expansive view, with more clarity and contrast than when viewing through one eyepiece. I had my binos out last night in my front yard, showing the neighbors Saturn. Even with a street light hitting my scope (including the binos), Saturn still looked bright and sharp in the binos, fitted with the included 20mm Plossls. Of course, Saturn is a bright object, the binos perform much better where street lights aren't hitting you. Also, when using binoviewers, objects look larger, I imagine because of the reduced eye strain. And of course the price beats having to buy Denkmeiers (a great maker of extremely high end binoviewers). For the price of the Orion binos, you get a great visual observing tool and still have funds left over to pay for gas to get out to a dark site. Dew heaters are available for binos, although not here on the Orion site. I use Dew-Not dew heaters.
