To submit information about an event sponsored by your astronomy club, observatory, or planetarium please send an email to astroevents@telescope.com as described below. Please send a separate email for each event you would like to submit.

When you submit your event to us in this manner, you will receive an automatic email asking you to agree to the terms of the "Orion Telescopes & Binoculars Publishing Agreement for Event" which appears below. Simply follow the instructions in that email to finalize the submission of your event. Please add astroevents@telescope.com to your email program's white list and/or address book to ensure you receive this email.
Please note that submission does not guarantee inclusion on our website. If published the information that will become publicly available is the date of the event, sponsoring organization's name, location, and details of the event. Your contact information will not be made publicly available. We request it only to contact you with regard to the event information submitted.
In general, we will post your event information one month in advance of the date of the event. If there is a compelling reason to post it earlier or later, please let us know, as this is only a general rule.
