Prime focus camera adapters couple a camera body (with its model-specific T-ring) to a telescope for prime focus photography. This model is designed for Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (SCTs). Also called a T-adapter, it threads onto the rear cell of the Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope in place of the visual back. The camera body attaches to the external threads on the adapter via the internal threads on the T-ring.
