Orion E-Certificates
- Give an E-Certificate via email - let the recipient select their own perfect gift
- Electronic gift certificates are available in multiple denominations and can be redeemed online, on the phone or in Orion retail stores
- You pay no tax or shipping charges on an E-Certificate purchase
Purchasing E-Certificates
- Multiple E-Certificates may be ordered for a single recipient on a single order. You can use the quantity field and denomination field in combination to equal your desired gift level.
- E-Certificates to multiple recipients cannot be combined on a single order. Please place a separate order for each recipient.
- We do not personalize Orion E-Certificates with the name of the recipient.
- E-Certificates will be sent with the purchaser's name and personal gift message.
- There is no tax or shipping charge on E-Certificate orders.
- No discounts may be applied to purchases of E-Certificates.
- E-Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- E-Certificates have no expiration date. Any remaining certificate balance may be used for future purchases.
Delivery of E-Certificates
- E-certificates are typically delivered to the recipient's email address within 24 hours of purchase. Delays can occur as a result of credit card verification processes. To minimize delays please assure that the billing address and telephone number provided with your order are the same as that on your credit card account. We may contact you at your billing telephone number to authenticate your purchase.
Redeeming E-Certificates
- E-Certificates are redeemable online at www.telescope.com, over the telephone at 800-447-1001, or at Orion retail stores.
- If a certificate is lost or stolen, please contact Orion Customer Service at 800-676-1343 for assistance. Certificates may be reissued to the purchaser in the amount of the remaining balance at the time of notification.
