Solid support for small astronomical telescopes, Orion's EQ-1 telescope mount now features center-hinged leg braces for quicker setup and collapsing of the tripod. New, high-wall accessory tray attaches with just three wing screws — no washers or nuts to fumble with. With dual slow-motion controls, 360° azimuth adjustment, and adjustable aluminum tripod, the EQ-1 telescope mount makes stargazing easy. Hands-free tracking is available with the optional computerized EQ-1M electronic drive system. Weighs 11.9 lbs.
Optional 1/4"-20 Adapter
To attach instruments equipped with a 1/4"-20 threaded socket, our 1/4"-20 Adapter (10103) is required.
