Notes: I am 39 yr old Single Father and I enjoy showing my 6 and 10 yr old the beauties of the night sky. The XT8 is a great beginner scope. Add an iphone adapter and you can get some great pics and video of the moon and Saturn. This telescope is so simple to use that my 10 yr old(with supervision ) can easily star hop.
