Notes: Two stately trees provide a frame for a setting Moon over Monterey Bay. This shot was taken from a small park in La Selva Beach, CA, near Santa Cruz. If you look closely, just to the upper left of the Moon is a tiny dot -- that's the planet Saturn. This is a single 3s shot with a Canon EOS 6D and a Sigma 20mm f/1.8 lens at f/3.5, ISO 1000. The trees were dimly lit by lights from houses behind the camera.
