With its moderate focal length of 20mm, this telescope eyepiece is best used to observe a relatively wide area of the night sky. In most telescopes, the 20mm E-Series Telescope Eyepiece will frame the Full Moon nicely, providing a pleasing window through which to view our planet’s natural satellite. Other deep sky gems like sparkling star clusters, and even brighter nebulas shine brightly in this value-priced eyepiece.

The 20mm E-Series Telescope Eyepiece features fully coated optics to combat reflection and provide bright views with good contrast and detail. The eyepiece is also internally blackened to reduce internal reflections and ghost images. Its 1.25” barrel is compatible with any Orion telescope focuser, and is threaded for use with optional Orion eyepiece filters for specialized usage. Eyepiece filters sold separately.
