Notes: A giant prominence probably larger than the Earth's diameter soars from the edge of the Sun in this exposure taken with an iPhone 6 Plus through the eyepiece of a Coronado PST H-alpha solar telescope. The iPhone was held up to the eyepiece with an Orion SteadyPix Universal smartphone telescope adapter
