Binocular Viewer for Telescopes

This Orion 1.25" Binocular Viewer lets you use both eyes to scan the skies through a telescope, adding a sense of depth in views of the cosmos. The effect is most pronounced when viewing the planets and Moon, but some brighter deep-sky objects will also have increased clarity and depth. Included with this binocular viewer is a threaded 2x Barlow lens, which can provide a closer view of object, and help some telescopes meet the binocular viewer's optical spacing requirements. Two 1.25", 66 degree, 20 mm eyepieces are included. Designed with a hinged aluminum housing and high grade fully multi-coated BAK-4 prisms, this binocular viewer will not only provide excellent light transmission but it can also be adapted to achieve a comfortable viewing angle for a wide range of users. Each eyepiece slot includes an individual helical focusing collar, ensuring a sharp focus for each eye, and the 1.25" nosepiece is threaded to accept filters.
