I used this book for several years. While many binocular obserivng books take a constellation-guide approach with charts and photos, this one is organized a little better for following through the year, or looking at 'what's up tonight' on short notice. Binocular Stargazing is a good compliment to a chart -- like DeepMap 600, or the Cambridge or Pocket Star Atlas -- and a planisphere.
Pros: compliments a chart; good observing lists & tips
Cons: not all-in-one constellation guide & altas
Yes, I recommend this product!
